I have a pretty large pimple "down there" and its pretty sore. Hurts to wipe after going to the bathroom and im guessing its going to hurt during sex... and im seeing my boyfriend tonight (haven't seen him in about 3 weeks or so...)

is there any safe way to pop a pimple there? or maybe make it a little less big and a little less sore?

any advise would be really great

uh don't want to freak you out but it would be the hurp i would go see a Doc right away

I agree- it kind of sounds like herpes. Please refrain from sex until you see the doc.

it sounds like you may have a cyst of the bartholin's gland. you should see your gyn as soon as possible. if that is what it is, they should be able to lance it for you. i wouldn't try to lance it myself.
