ok first here are my tips for make up---
do not ever put acne things near eyes!
1 start with eyeliner black or brown try to match what your wearing
2 then eyeshadow i like the roll on that way you can conceal the mistakes you make with the eye liner
3 eye shadow should be neutral colors i use a light cream, light colars for blue eyes browns are very good for blue eyes... although proffesional can do very dark brown with light browns over the top for a night time look? but it has to be proffessional i have never been able to acheive it?!
4 then i brush on a light layer of blush on top of the lid just under the brow
5 i put a layer of powder on my lashes then apply my mascara it makes them appear longer and fuller! i use an extra brush?
5 i use a very light color blush not dark and make sure you pucker, from the front of the cheek to the back then down to jaw it makes your cheek seem thinner
avon makes a lipgloss that is lipplumper it is cool pout/ bisou bisou.. color is berry refreshing sets off the blue eyes perfect!
that is all i got for tips takes me 4 minutes to do tops and i look fab! hope it helps! Don't put any acne medication on your eye lids or around sensitive areas on your face.
the amount of make up you are wearing may be considered very little, but for your age it's a lot. i would avoid the colorful eyeshadow and stick to the nude colors until you at least reach seventh or eighth grade. a way to make you eyes stand out more is simply wear blue colors. if your looking for a makeup solution, they have special mascaras that have tints in them that bring out the color in your eyes.
Hope i could help! try using a gold or bronze color eyeshadow with some liquid eyeliner halfway on your lash line (since you're 12-13 you don't want too much) to make it appear thicker.
i wouldn't put anything with acne fighting chemicals near your eyes...if you want a base try urban decay's primer potion, it keeps your shadows from creasing as well. that's about $17 dollars, if that's too much there is plenty of drug store bases as well!
white eyeliner on your waterline with just mascara on the top and bottom lashes would make your eyes appear larger, so you could try that too. hope this helps!

Blue eyeliners, and mascaras make blue eyes bluer. Or brown eyeliners, and mascaras make blue eyes bluer. Don't use acne products on your eyes because you could get them in your eyes and burn your "cornea" or worse, and end up with ruining your eyesite. you are right no that is not a whole lot of make up if you want to make your blue eyes pop there are two things you can do #1 is were any thing blue or green #2 use blue, greens, and pastels Any gold color of eyeshadow,
and purple!

You should get a primer instead,
I reccomend urban decay primer potion!
Works amazing. Don't put anything with acne-fighting chemicals such as salicylic acid or b-peroxide (or anything else, for that matter) near your eyes. In my opinion simple black eyeliner and mascara look good with blue eyes. don't use concealer on your eyelids. I would not wear eyeshadow at your age (or any makeup for that matter) but go for a bronze color, that will make your eyes pop 3 words: plastic surgery golds and caramels and browns make blue eyes look great.
