one zit like bump on pubic hair area

I have one skin colored bump not in or on my vagina but a little above it where pubic hair grows and it looks like a zit but has no whitehead what could it be

This could just be a pimple. If you shave it could be a razor bump or it could be herpes. I don't know. Does it hurt? Is it like a blister or more like a pimple that just itch? Is it red or colorless? How long have you had it? Is this your first time having one? Do you feel sick?
