Hi all, am a 21 year old virgin guy, I have a silly question for you all, please answer as I really don't know about it, how does women actually achieve orgasm?. Does she need continuous penetrative sex for a longtime or penetrative sex with adequate breaks can still make her achieve orgasm, why am asking this is because I have premature ejaculation problem, eventhough I have started to excercise for the PE, by stop and go technique, which is easy for me to do, but when I have sex with a women can I take some adequate breaks? if so I take will it affect my gal achieve orgasm? penetration feels good but doesn't cause an orgasm... almost all women need clitoral stimulation to have an orgasm.

so she needs to be in a position where this is happening (girl on top usually works best for this), or you can try rubbing her clitoris while you have sex.

or best of all, just ask her what feels good to her, ask what she likes and when you find out what works, keep doing it.

Although some women can achieve an orgasm though penetration, it is uncommon. Most women will have one by physical stimulation of the clitoris. Taking breaks will not prevent a female orgasm, rather just prolong the time to get there. If you are experiencing premature ejaculation, she can have an orgasm by oral sex.
